Ledger users had been reporting empty wallets online, and he followed the stolen funds on Bitcoin, Ethereum and TRON back to where they came from. Money had flowed in from victim wallets, and his count came to more than 86 million dollars. How many wallets that was, he wrote later that day, he could not tell yet.</p>
